Know India Programme 2023-2024

Know India Programme of the Ministry of External Affairs is a three-week orientation programme for diaspora youth conducted with a view to promoting awareness of different facets of life in India and the progress made by the country in various fields e.g. economic, industrial, education, science & technology, communication & information Technology, culture.

1. KIP provide a unique forum for students & young professionals of Indian origin to visit India, share their views, expectations & experiences and develop closer bonds with contemporary India. The 66th and the 67th editions of Know India.

2. The KIP programme is being expanded and revamped to reflect elements of ‘New India’ and the vision of ‘Amrit Kaal’. The Ministry is planning to organize six editions of the revamped KIP in 2023-24, with higher participation of 60 youths in each to begin with. The programme will focus to highlight sectoral stem, Digital infrastructure, India Stack, JAM trinity, Defense and Agriculture while further highlighting the cultural and civilizational heritage of India like Yoga, Ayurveda, classical dance forms & music and archaeological history.

3. The 66th and 67th KIP programmes will be organised as per the details below:
