Visa Applications should be complete in all respects. For submission of Regular Visa Application, please use the only authorized and genuine link ( http://indianvisaonline.gov.in) and click on the link Regular/Paper Visa Application. It is mandatory to fill up all columns (information sought at A to J) should be carefully filled and no column should be left blank by the applicant. Non-compliance of these directions can lead to rejection of application for issue of Visa.
Visa fees can be paid by VISA DANKORT at the Visa Counter at the Embassy. The payment can also be made by bank transfer to Embassy of India, Copenhagen Account No. 4001-11421733. A proof of payment has to be attached along with the application.
REGULAR TOURIST VISA
Tourist Visa for a maximum period of 5 years will be granted with the stipulation
‘CONTINUOUS STAY DURING EACH VISIT SHALL NOT EXCEED 90 DAYS AND
REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED’.
For 5 years Tourist Visa, biometrics and interview are mandatory. Tourist visas are non-extendable and non-convertible.

BUSINESS VISA
Businessmen or Employees of a company representing the company visiting India for the purposes of business are issued Business Visas. . Visa holders going for Business are required to get themselves registered with the concerned Foreigner's Regional Registration Office (FRRO) if their stay exceeds 180 days.

TRANSIT VISA
Persons travelling through India to a third country may apply for Transit Visa. Transit visas are valid for halts of up to 72 hours in India within 15 days from the date of issue of the visa and must be obtained before departure from Denmark. Transit visas cannot be obtained from immigration counters at port of entry in India. Evidence of onward travel to a third country from India, such as a confirmed air ticket, is required at the time of application.

JOURNALIST VISA
Journalist visas are issued to professional journalists and photographers for visiting India. On some occasions, the applications for Journalist Visas need to be referred to the authorities in India and hence processing time could be long. On obtaining the visa, the journalists are advised to contact on arrival in New Delhi, the External Publicity Division of the Ministry of External Affairs and in other places, the Office of the Government of India's Press Information Bureaus. Journalist visas are issued for a period up to 3 months with single or double entry. Details may be obtained from the Embassy. As prior approval of the Government of India is required for such visas, applicants are advised to apply well in advance.

Conference Visa
Conference visas are issued for attending international conferences/ seminars /meetings in India. Issue of visa is subject to the approval of the Government of India for holding such conferences. EMPLOYMENT VISA
Employment visas are issued to skilled and qualified professionals or persons who are engaged or appointed by companies, organizations, economic undertakings on employment in very senior level or skilled positions. If eligible for an Employment Visa, applicants will be granted a visa only for a maximum of one year initially. Extension, if required, has to be sought in India from the immigration authorities 6 months prior to the expiry of the visa. Registration within 14 days of arrival in India with the Foreigners' Regional Registration Office (FRRO/FRO) is compulsory.

Film Visa (Multiple Entry with 1 year Validity)
Film Visa will be issued to cast and crew members of international productions and official co-productions shooting a Feature Film, TV / Web commercial show / series and TV /Web Reality show / series. The permission for shooting these categories of production is granted by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MoI&B), Government of India. The proposals are accepted and process by the Film Facilitation Office (FFO). The application is to be submitted online on www.ffo.gov.in. The detailed step by step guide is available on the website.

ANNEXURE II (FORM 2)
UNDERTAKING
With reference to my/our application to make a documentary film in India, I/we herewith undertake to abide by the regulations of the Government of India governing the making of such films.
2. I/we agree to attachment of a Liaison Officer during the entire duration of filming in India and to abide by his advice regarding the filming of any particular scene if the Government of India or State Government finds it essential to appoint such a Liaison Officer. In the event of a Liaison Officer being appointed, I/we agree to meet the expenses for the travel and stay of the Liaison Officer concerned. It is understood that failure to abide by the Liaison Officer’s advice regarding shooting of any particular scene may result in the immediate stoppage of any further filming and confiscation of the exposed film.
3. I/we agree that where archaeological monuments are concerned, we would furnish the application in required proforma with scripts/synopsis of the subject and content of the film and further that the decision of the Archaeological Survey of India on the filming of such monument will be final. I/we further agree that the team will follow the advice of the appropriate officer of the Archaeological Survey of India office nearby or on the spot, where so empowered by the appropriate officer.
4. I/we also undertake to show the film to a representative of the Government of India, if so requested, at least two weeks before final telecasting/screening, furnishing in advance a full translation in English of the Commentary. I/we further agree to abide by such advice as may be given by the representative with regard to alterations or excision of such parts of the films and the commentary as may effect a balanced and accurate presentation of the theme of the film.
